About your Lead Teacher
Emily is a dedicated yoga teacher and the owner of Evolve Yoga and Wellness, a space built on community, connection, and growth. With years of experience guiding students, she has found her greatest joy in teaching and witnessing the way yoga supports people both on and off the mat. Her approach weaves together knowledge, compassion, and authenticity, creating classes that are both grounding and inspiring. At Evolve, she has cultivated a welcoming studio where students and teachers alike can explore their practice, discover their potential, and feel at home in a supportive community. Leading the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is one of Emily’s greatest passions, as she loves mentoring future teachers and watching them step into their unique voices, confident and ready to share the gift of yoga with others.
